1. Data controller and scope
UCSM acts as platform operator for identity, access control, audit logging, user administration and shared service workflows. Service organizations, fleet operators and client organizations remain responsible for the business data they introduce into their own workspaces.
2. Data categories
We process account identifiers, contact details, organization memberships, authentication events, accepted legal documents, support conversations, uploaded vehicle documents and service-history related records needed for the operation of the platform.
3. Purpose of processing
Personal data is processed to provide secure access, maintain verified vehicle history, coordinate service work, support ownership and fleet workflows, investigate incidents and maintain a reliable audit trail for regulated business operations.
4. Retention and auditability
Acceptance of legal documents, important account events and administrative operations are stored with timestamp and network metadata in the audit log. Vehicle and service records may be retained for compliance, dispute resolution and business continuity where legitimate interest applies.
5. Data sharing
Data is shared only with the organizations, users and processors required to operate the requested workflow. Access is controlled through authenticated workspaces, role-based permissions and explicit approvals where needed.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion where legally applicable. Requests that affect regulated audit evidence or verified history may be evaluated against statutory retention, contractual obligations and fraud-prevention requirements.
